Yay! I am very happy with the results of the court on Monday. The judge ruled that there must be a hearing to determine if BM should see SKids. She ruled that they only get phone privileges until September 21 when the hearing is. She stated that she could not let the kids see them if any of the things mentioned were happening.

SO is very much less stressed. Now he has to worry about how to finance a 3 week vacation he has promised his kids. I was suppose to go, but due to money reasons and us having relationship issues, I won't be going. Not to mention the bright pick cast I have on my foot! LOL

So, things have settled down a bit and not much should happen in the weeks to come. Hopefully in September the judge will see that she is unfit!
