Biomom in contempt....
So my husband and I normally get his kids every Thursday night and keep them over night and then take them to school, or back to where ever on Friday or keep them unitl she gets home. It has been this wasy for 4 years. So last night comes, my husband calls her 4 times, (4 on her cell, 4 at her home) no answer, we call the SS's cell phone, no answer, we call the biomom's parents, no answer. He left messages and still no call. So my question how do we get her in trouble.

I guess it depends on how
I guess it depends on how far you want to take it…basically you need to have the court find her in contempt and to do that you need “proof/evidence” so what we do when biomom violates the visitation order is my husband gets the court order, drives to her house (why the dummy is home is beyond me b/c he’s had to do this more than once..) and calls our local police department. They then come and take a report…while it seems like DRAMA…we do it for the paper trail for court…if someone knows a better way, I’d LOVE to know too!!

Have you heard from them yet? Find out why they were unreachable first. Remind her of the court decision on visitation and that any further repeated occurence will result in you taking her to court. See if she abides.
