Ok so I knew the skids BM was dumb but I didn't realize she was brain dead! My SO has 50/50 custody with his ex. The schedule of days has been set by the court. It's a rotation that looks like this:

Parent 1 has the kids Monday & Tuesday, parent 2 gets them Wednesday & Thursday,kids go back to Parent 1 Friday, Saturday and Sunday. And we rotate! Parent 2 gets them Monday & Tuesday, Parent 1 gets them Wednesday & Thursday, kids go back to Parent 2 Friday, Saturday, Sunday.

SO's job sometimes takes him out of town on business and when this happens, we always figure out how many days he will be missing with the skids and we make them up beforehand. This has worked for the most part until today. SO had to go out of town 10/17, 10/18, & 10/19. We were scheduled to have the skids 10/17, 10/18, and get them to school 10/19. So instead we kept them an extra weekend (uggghhhh!) 10/14, 10/15, & 10/16 so we would not have to worry about making up days after SO returned. Today is back to being BM's day - well what a surprise - the dumb b$tch thought we were getting them again and she didn't pick them up from their bustops, leaving them stranded! Now, I wasn't a math major in school but if you are losing 3 days and you make up 3 days, aren't you even? What a total idiot! And the best part - I will most likely get stuck yet again with her brats! I am so tired of this entire situation that there are many days when I feel like picking up my baby boy and leaving this relationship. Disney Dad would keep the skids 365 days a year if he could! I am at my end with it all though...
