Blah
How many of you suffer from depression? What do you do or how do you overcome it? I've looked online to see what the signs were, and well it pretty much explained what I'm feeling and how I feel often.
I can say whenever we have SD6 I notice my mood changes and my feeling for SO change. I'm feeling blah

Anne-thank you, I will check you blog.
Ana- thanks, I'm gonna definitely look into getting the book. I do almost everything you wrote including personal trainer and you are right he keeps me going no room for depression. I have been told to have my hormone balance checked, not sure what they do but I plan to ask my doctor. I will also ask them to draw some blood and see what I'm low in if this is the case. I have be low and something that's for sure.
I've got some depression and
I've got some depression and anxiety over here. Both get worse during stressed times with SKids/BM. I'm on daily anti-depressants, I watch my diet, I exercise regularly, and I make sure I get enough sleep. Basically keep up on the self care but the anti-depressants helped more than I wanted them to because I really didn't want to have chemicals work for me like that. I'm on Lexipro and it was like someone flipped a switch when I started taking it. I even wanted to start sleeping with my husband again!
Suffered on and off for
Suffered on and off for years...Situational depression and PTSD from the death of my son and my husband. I am off meds now, but sometimes they really help. Particularly Zoloft for me. I work out a couple days a week and play a lot of golf. When I stay active and disengaged from my step kids, life is good. When I don't that is when I seem to get into depression.
Also, I have to take a sleeping pill that is prescribed every night. Since going on that a couple years ago, it has also helped, since I wasn't sleeping completely.
