My DH is ordered to pay for childcare for SS4. Up until now, SS4 has attended a preschool close to BM's house (7 miles), but DH now lives with me and the preschool is 50 miles from our home. DH wants to change the preschool to one that is centrally located, an equal distance from BM's home and ours. She is fighting this, saying the other location is "too far out of her way". We think it's only fair to have the school halfway between our homes. Can she insist that his school be in her neighborhood? This means that DH can never really take SS4 to school or pick him up, and he wants to be more involved as SS4 is moving into pre-Kindergarten and will need more support at home. Any suggestions/thoughts/feedback are appreciated.
