I met and married my DH during covid.  I have immune problems and bad luck with pneumonia.  All through Covid I have had to adjust to extended family mostly SD of accusing me of - gold digger, isolating dad, faking my illness, he was desperate and married me, I am not good enough to be near her child.

Now she is starting smear campaign and DH has had to correct his dad and mom that all of this is false.  I am so tired every get together they ask if he is coming (no Covid has not changed nor my health picture), mum says how much they miss him, and then everyone bothers him to reconcile.  They do not believe that he is handling Covid - (which we now refer to treating doctor---so as not to be accused of making things up).

I am so tired, even during covid I have visited separate family of his about 20 times
 

I am now saying enough.  We treat every relative the same outwardly.
