BM refuses to switch weekends. They were on opposite weekends but SHE wanted to temporarly switch that was in April or so. We want to switch for a couple different reasons. BF started a new job and works nights and O/T on weekends he has SD (everyother weekend OT), That would mean He hardly gets to see SD and worse LOL I would be looking after SD thursday, friday night (which is annoying cause I enjoy my friday nights with my girlfriends) But I can't just say get a babysitter when we're trying to be a family, plus on weekends if he's working.
MIL works the weekends we currently have SD, so she doesn't get to see her. I have my son opposite weekends so we have kids every weekend and we would like to have weekends we can have some time to ourselves.

She won't switch even though theres valid reasons. MIL, He works, And I didn't sign up to babysit on my kid free weekend. (not that I mind sometimes, but just don't want to commit to that forever)

They are going to court next thursday for there first hearing. Is there anyway he could ask the judge to court order alternate weekends?
