I’m trying to avoid a possible issue with BM (she’s the original egotistical narcissistic psycho BM. One adjective isn’t strong enough to describe her.). My DH & I have been together over 12 years now and have dealt with almost all kinds of issues with her. It seems like a small thing, but nothing is ever either a small or easy thing with her even after all these years. So, anyways, here it is. In his divorce decree we are to pay for the 1st weekend airline ticket during the school year. This year school ends on a Friday and it’s the first weekend of the month. Should that be considered a normal visitation weekend or should it be considered the summertime. Has anyone else come across this situation? His decree states for school weekends it's "beginning at the time school is dismissed..." and for summer it states "beginning no earlier that the day after school dismisses for summer vacation". My problem is that's the same day! I don’t really care either way, I just don’t want to argue with her about it and I buy the tickets way in advance. Any advise or thoughts? It'd be nice to not buy the ticket and spend it on SS in another way. Thanks!
