Does anyone know of a good online counselor that understands step family dynamics?  I would like an impartial person I can speak with for advice to create change or just general assistance with acceptance.  I have not been content with individuals in my local area as I feel they didn't really understand blended families.  Also since virtual medical appointments are a thing now I'm wondering if virtual counseling appointments are too.  Thanks in advance!
