Having a weekend to myself this weekend - so why do I feel guilty?

I go down to his every single weekend and never get a lie-in, am always up first with the children - so this weekend I have decided to have a weekend at mine and catch up on seeing friends I haven't seen for months.......so why do I feel guilty? :?

Not only should you NOT feel
Not only should you NOT feel guilty (although it's sweet and means you have a HUGE heart) You should feel like you are accomplishing something VERY important!! Down time is necessary for all. If you get a much needed and deserved break, you will be a happier, calmer, more wonderful you. This will lead you to be kinder, more patient, more creative, and more loving to those around you. Therefore...this is a no fail...EVERYONE WINS situation!!!

See...it's all about perspective. NOW, enjoy your hopefully somewhat guilt free time!! .. and maybe a few days away will get you some bits of appreciation when you return too. I hope you have a fantastic weekend.
