Has anyone ever filed an appeal on a decree that was ordered by the judge and had it over turned? We have a judge that is best friends with the BM's father and we feel that it wasn't a fair decision. Can someone please help...
We agree that the judge should not be siding with Bm just because her dad plays a role within the community but the judges do. We have filed an appeal so that it will go to the higher courts we are hoping that it gets over turned as the judge was unable to provide a logical excuse as to why he awarded her what he did.
