The harpee is being her usual bitchy self and refuses to settle on the house- she is trying to force short sale or forclosure so that she can change the kids school to one in Harpeeville... and just befcause she is a resentful douche ( even though she is the one who cheated and left... go figure)

She can't pay o the house, has nothing to do with it and refuses to sign it over so that SO can modify it and make it affordable for him to stay there (no, he an't rent anywhere cheaper than the house payment)

He is going to take her to court over it... anyone have experience with this when the house is like 100k upside down?
