Disengagement Part 3
BM just picked up SD for her "day/night". WHAT THE F#@%?????? By the way, it's 8:00pm here where we are... so nice time with her own daughter. When she called last I just wanted to tell her to forget coming over and so did SD. She wasted BOTH of our entire days. But I don't want to be accused of PAS... so what the heck do I do??

Our custody agreement states
Our custody agreement states that if BM is two hours or more late to pick up SK's than she voids that visitation. Do you have a clause like that?

No! But Thank You!! and thanks for your response to my other post. I too, think that SD is seeing her mom for what she is...which is really sad. In our situation, SD was living between the 2 homes equally, but last year came to live with us full time. Counselor has also said that it is okay to cut down on visitation with BM as it was negatively affecting SD. (BM is not physically abusive, she's just stupid and ignorant and selfish.) I was ready to tell BM to just forget it and I know SD would have been okay with that, but I also know that BM would have thrown a fit. DH isn't here right now, he's away on business, so I didn't want SD to have to deal with BM throwing a fit. And even though I know she didn't want to go, I also believe that she would have been very hurt to see me lay into BM like I wanted to. My DH just called me from his hotel room though and said he's going to call BM and give it to her. How could you do that to your own child?? This girl is already dreading spending time with her mom, and her mom is constantly pressuring her to stay over and see her... and then the day she gets to do it, she shows up 8 freakin' hours LATE!!! SD was so sad when she left - I still am fuming angry. I'll tell DH about the custody agreement. Thank you so much!!
