Oh yes, We should have a secret society, (all stepparents) and have codes and reunions etc...

on one's face when you pass them would be a GREAT indicator of being in the SPS (step-parent society) ;)......no secret handshake or rings needed here....LOL

I really, truly WANT everyone to know that I am a step-parent!

One of my fears it that when out in public, people all think that the misbehaving, weird-walking, baby-taking, embarrassment of a child is actually MINE!!! :O

I want a button that lights up and says, "Don't blame me...I didn't create it!!!" Biggrin

~Some days it's just not worth chewing through the leather straps! }:)

maybe the society can provide a variety of items: Shirts, purses, pins, bracelets (like those rubber ones used for breast cancer foundation etc...) Bumper stickers... Anything you can think of, that says

I AM NOT THE BM... LOL
