This isn't exactly step related..
but...who out there has had experience getting over a SO cheating on you? There are a 1,000 questions going on in my mind, and I cannot get visual images out of my head. I need help!

I know that feeling, and believe it or not, it does go away,just not veer soon enough
I know the gut wrenching ,you feel like you are walking in a bad dream, start crying in public places kind of pain, but again, it does go away.
Hang in there and count everyday down as another closer to healing,allow yourself to cry, feel miserable at times, BUT push yourself out into life and make yourself do things you don't feel like doing anymore ,but used to love
the reason people say you have to get through this ,is because you ahve to go through to get to the other side, if you jump or skip over this part, you end up having to deal with something the journey through would have haleped you with
It takes time.
