SO who watched Desperate Housewive's last night? I don't usually watch it...I don't watch alot of prime time. The step-child phsycho x..GF...plot.... TOO close to reality!!!!!

I watched…I’ve been waiting all summer for it….she is a FRUIT LOOP in the worst way! I think Lanette is being a trooper in all of this b/c I think I would have set her straight a long time ago…Walking in her house with out knocking?! I like the way Tom was able to resolve it and put it back on Psychomom!

I watched! At the end when it said something to the affect of "for the man paying the consequesnces of his mistake" meaning the love child, my husband got this look on his face like he could relate. I didn;t say anything but I did like when lanette told her husband that she puts him first and that he needs to do the same.

I know Skye22, I loved that part!!!! He actually did it....with one conversation!! No fighting..no therapists...it was amazing..he stood up for his wife..and the world didn't end!! Watch and learn men!! lol

Nise, I only watched because you mentioned it in a previous post (pretty sure it was you) I was watching in bed and hubby was still putting around getting ready for bed..so he missed it...the show's not his cup of tea to begin with. I wonder how many women are going to watch with their man!! And I wonder how many men will get that 'look' on their face as the light bulbs go on.

I swear we could've wrote that episode! That wacko x...was a compilation of women & situations we've all described on this site...lol! Smile

My husband and I watch together. I got him hooked on it last season. He gets a kick out of all the housewives. But Tom's ex, she's trouble...and wacko. She just assumes that she is involved in everything Tom and Lanette do. Where does she get that idea? I wouldn't do that. Lanette is a trooper, but I think she is gonna go off one day big time!! Let's watch and see..

Me and my husband have watched all seasons together. He does say we relate a lot to Tom and Lynette~ very much so! I hope I'm not spoiling anything for fellow fans here, but have you seen the "Bang" episode? My hubby actually CHEERED when she got shot.....oh....bad, bad hubby! lol

Since you guys “revived” the DH forum…I have to say that it has bothered me that Tom and Lynette don’t have Kayla and they haven’t even mentioned her, where she is staying or trying to get her…I know it is a T.V. show but with the drama leading up to the Big Bang episode and it being one of the best episodes of the season, I feel like someone dropped the ball on that part of the story..

I wonder why they ended that story-line so quickly and abruptly..they could have played that craziness out for much much much longer as we all know ... lol

I know my 'original wife' non-step SIL....found the story-line 'rediculous' and non-beleiveable...(even for DH..she is a faithful watcher)

Were there too many 'complaints' from people of similar mindset to SIL's.. that just couldn't relate?

but from the episodes that I have seen alittle on, it looks good. There is usually something else on TV that DH wants to watch instead... go figure. Hey, I figure, I get to watch TV all day if I want to while he's at work, so when he comes home, I let him choose. Plus, he goes to bed by 9pm, then I can watch ANYTHING I want, since everyone else is in bed. That's my ME TIME! ;0) So, I miss out on some of those shows... oh well.

Yes, I felt the same way Nise....will they explain what is going on with Kayla? Is she with her grandparents? Will Tom and Lynette go for custody? How could they just start a storyline like that.... and now that wacko BM is dead they act like that's it? I hope they address it in some way.

While we’re at it…for all the fans who started watching in the first season, what every happened to Mary Alice’s son? He found out that his biograndad was a rich fat cat and killed him and became the heir to his fortune but we’ve not heard from him since…hmm…..

I guess he's living it up as a teenager with all that money! Maybe it was a way to end the character. But at least we have an idea what's going him...poor Kayla is lost in transition.....

I'm reviving this again Smile

Now that Tom and Lynette seem to have gotten custody, I must say I am disheartened that they have morphed Kayla from a sweet,quiet little girl into a Mini-Me of her psycho BM.

And now we know what Zach is up to...as if one year of Gaby's cradle-robbing wasn't enough....now we're seeing it re-enacted by Zach~ her dead friend's SON? Yuck!

Wait, that's right...he wasn't *really* her son...but still....yuck
