Needing support and strength

The last few days I've been walking around in a fog, nauseous, and exhausted physically and emotionally. Everyone around me is a mess so no rock to lean on.

I wake up crying, I fight back tears all day, go to bed too exhausted to cry, and I can't say how much weight I've lost. I feel like I'm grieving before she's gone.

Her and I are ready. Damn the tears!!

She has a brain tumor. Vet is coming to our house tomorrow afternoon to...well you know. She's been feasting on tuna since last night and getting as much lovins as she'll let me.

Our feline and canine friends are not just pets but family members. You are grieving about a tremendous loss. Please remember that you are doing the kind and best thing for Ms. Kitty.

I went through this a year ago when my boy was at the end of his life. I still miss him every day.

I lost both of my babies a few years ago and I really feel for what you're going through. I still miss them both, but I know they were ready to go when it happened and they didn't have to suffer.

It's hard, but it does get better. Your kitty knows you love her very much and I'm sure is grateful for everything you've done for her and doesn't want you to be too sad.

I'm sorry you're going through this, I know it hurts. Sad

So so sorry . Lost mine in 2012 after twenty years together . Just think what a good life Ms kitty had . Hugs to you .

My heart is breaking for you and Miss Kitty. She knows it is time and she trusts that you are doing the right thing for her. Your bond is strong and you will make it a peaceful transition.

There is a wonderful book called "Cat Heaven" by Cynthia Rylant that I highly recommend. It is a picture book with a rhyming story that is aimed at children, but it. It makes me cry and feel better at the same time. She has also written one called "Dog Heaven."

I will be thinking about you and Miss Kitty on Friday. Hugs and warm thoughts...
