I do not know the name of the song, but florence and the machines has one that the chorus is "it's always darkest before the dawn". That line is currently helping me get through my own divorce.

Here it is (I looked it up), now that I have the lyrics, it is PERFECT,and it is an upbeat tempo, as well, "Shake it out":
