from stealing our NetFlix to making a Les Schwab Account with DH SS#
We pulled DH credit from Equifax because he is now having to file bankruptcy. The mortgage company they had their house through has served us with papers. The house SHE got in the divorce. The house SHE left when she couldn't pay the mortgage payment on the house SHE took out a SECOND mortgage on. Ugh............ ok so back to the credit report. I am looking on it. And wouldn't you know it she has been using a Les Schwab account since 1996 that is DH!!!!!!!! He closed that account in 2009 and reopened one in just his name because he found out she and her BF were charging on his account. Evidently the account was reopened with his information his SS#. They have charged up $1300 in his name. So it looks like we owe Schwabs $3000 because there are TWO accounts in his name. He called them yesterday. They tripped over themselves with apologies. As it's a small town they know who he is and who she is. They know they have been divorced for a while now.
The balls this woman has just never ends..............

He doesn't have to pay for
He doesn't have to pay for charges on the account she set up.
Contact Equifax and dispute the account she set up.
He may want to file charges for fraud and identity theft as well.
Why would he pay it? File
Why would he pay it? File charges and with the police report he won't have to pay anything. They will go after her for the money. Don't just roll over and let her get away with it....

We didn't roll over. He called LS immediately. They took his name off her account and his SS#. They called their corporate office and they are sending her a letter. He took care of it as soon as we saw it. Thank goodness they remember him coming in in 2009 to change his account because they were charging in his name. She has managed to not have one single thing in her name. She has no bank account. She has no car in her name. Her BF bought her car so it would be in his name. Their house is only in his name. The only thing this woman shows that she has is a OregonTrail Card and the fact that she has a student ID. I'm sure she thought we wouldn't catch it. And we didn't. Good thing I checked his credit report.

She lives in the Oregon State yes. But she is a DUCK.......... she will tell you all about it. She is so proud of going back to school. She has no time for a job. She has no time to help her failing kids get their grades up. She has to get her homework done. She has to write a paper. She has no time for anything but her daughter she has time. She got a job and goes to school to pick up DH's slack............ of course their words.

Absolutely file a police report. My sil is awaiting the outcome of the 14 plus felonies that she was charged with for opening credit cards in dh's name.
