Parents NOT responsible for ADULT kid medical bills...FYI

I read this article today and since it has been discussed here, I thought I'd share.

Basically, even if you have an SKID in your medical plan, after the age of majority, of course, unless mandated by the crazy CSE office, you have no obligation to pay for his out of pocket medical costs, etc..you are not liable for his unpaid medical bills.

True, but in my dh case he has a mail order Rx. He is the financial responsible party for the account.

We had to spell it out when we emancipated SD that she had to pay.
