Started packing yesterday...

LMFAO....OMG started packing yesterday and SD16 was crying...

It was completely unbelievable. I would not of believed it if i didn't see it. I started packing yesterday because the next 2 days I am working 12 hour shifts. So decided yesterday, left work real early, started some laundry and just relaxing on the deck (patio furniture is up and was so excited to just sit and have no drama). So when kids came home from school I had luggage out cloths folded on bed and fixing some bathroom needs. SD16 came into house and saw some things on counter and right then got teary eyed. She looked at me and said..."your not going to pack already are you?" Of course I said yes i'm working the next 2 days 12 hours so have no time then. She ran to her room balling her eyes out.... :? My BS14 looked at me and said really mom? what is wrong with her I cant wait to go to grandmas....I just shrugged my shoulders and told him to go do homework so he can get it done and go outside....I finished what I was doing and felt bad (stupid me) and went upstairs to talk to SD....She was laying in bed and when i came in asked her you want to talk. She looked up and said I dont want you guys to go or why cant i come with you.

It was like talking to a toddler, I explained that her dad and i just needed 1 weekend of alone time. It was our anniversary and we just wanted some adult time. I would bring her back something. Again she says why cant I go with you guys I wont get in the way. I told her SD this is a romantic weekend away for your father and I its not we dont want you guys to come we just need some alone time. She jumped up and said in a loud voice well its not happening, You can go if you want but my daddy is staying here with me, I'm not going to grandmas and he cant leave me here alone so sorry SM... :jawdrop: I just got up and walked out and immediately called DH..DH told me no worries I'll take care it...

Came home talked to SD, yelling and screaming from her end was comming from upstairs. DH storms downstairs and says this is ridiculous. Kicking and screaming she is going to my mothers....SD storms down and says I'm not going to school Friday so i wont go to grandmas.....I decided at this point to grab BS14 and went to my mothers for awhile and leave DH and SD to battle out there issues and I told DH I am sorry this is crazy, we are going, and you need to do something about this SOON!!!!!

I came home and she was in her room, DH was in living room, I looked at him he said all set baby.....So did you pack my shaving set? :O OK...YES....Great he said....want a glass of wine? YES :O Were going to have a blast!!!! Cant wait to get the F^&^* out of here......OK then....Didnt ask what happened, didnt care as long as were still going, she can cry the whole weekend, she will pee less........Loving my DH right now!!!!!! Friday here we come!!!

your dh is creating a monster by allowing her so much attention. this is nuts! i hope you communicate that he must set down proper boundaries with her in your regular life and he sticks to them. she is out of control.

Your dad and I want to have lots of sex whenever we want, you being there interrupts that......so sorry if you can't handle that, you need to STOP being a freak and get a grip on yourself. Nobody thinks your tantrums are normal, only freaks behave this way Smile

Overit2 I thought of telling her your father and I want lots of sex without you walking in the room..LMAO...But thought it be unappropriate....But believe me It has crossed my mind.....My DH and I have not had "alone time" in way to long....DH tells me Sat we shouldnt leave the room...LMAO....We have in our room a door off the bathroom to our private hot tub, heated floors, candles, wine, yah SD is not even a thought in my head...

OMG, what in hell is wrong with this girl?? When I was 16 I couldn't be away from my parents enough! Your DH has created this monster. I hope he's turned a new leaf and is truly seeing her behavior for what it is. Make SURE his phone is off this weekend. Hide the battery if you have to. You are going to come back to 45 crying voice mails.

JEEEZZZZ - what a little attention-whore drama-queen!!

I can't remember. Is she going to therapy? I mean, come ON, if things are as bad as she makes them out to be, she should practically be in intensive in-patient hospital care to get her mental issues under control.

I guess my son was like this....when he was TWO and I dropped him off at daycare for the first time!

OMG!!!! She is INSANE!!!!!!!! :jawdrop: seriously! That would have been your perfect time to say "the way youre acting is EXACTLLY why we need to get AWAY from you!!!,,, and its going to be happening way more often!!!"
And that brings me to this.... Does your DH realize that she will never "get over this" if she doesnt get used to it? So i think you two should seriously consider doing LOTS of things during the week without her... without the kids period. They are old enough. Take the whole family out to eat one night, the next night you and him ONLY! Have at least one sate night a week. And also make her stay home when you and him have to run to the store (or go patio shopping..) etc!! He has GOT TO CUT THE CORD!!!!!! Im glad this is obviously bothering him! Maybe he will DO something!!

Can you film her having her tantrums and 'daddy don't leeeave me' and tag her on fb for all to see??? HUMILIATION can be a good tactic.

Other then that, a psych ward.

Wow. At 16 I couldn't stand to be in the same room as my parents and would have loved to be rid of them for a weekend!

When FDH & I went away recently for a night the skids asked what we were planning to do. FDH responded with, "Have sex at least 12 times!" Not another word was spoken by the skids. Come to think of it, they didn't ask much about the trip when we returned either. LOL!
