I F**KING HATE WOMEN LIKE BM!!!
BM is a poor excuse for a mother! Why decide to have a child when you are incapable of being selfless, of love, or giving? Why have a child if you basically want nothing to do with it?
This women is pathetic! I would beat her if I was ever to be alone in a room with her!
She refuses to spend any money on her daughter SD9 and if she does its a small amount for example on cheap ass flip flops that break within a week or two and ugly looking clothes that SD9 out grows quickly because the bitch refuses to actually get SD9 something that would fit her properly. Then BM complains how much SD9 is gaining weight and instead of helping out with her daughter's eating habits she instead feeds her crap and calls her fat!!
Poor SD9 comes back to our home not wanting to eat anything because her mother thinks and calls her fat. Who does that to their 9 year old daughter!!! its sickening!
Then this weekend bitch decides she wants to go on a mini vacation with out SD9 (don't know where she gets the damn money she is unemployed! It pisses me off how she can come up with the money for vacations but not for her daughters needs.) She wants to leave this Thursday and told BF he had to find a babysitter or get off of work early to get SD9! because she refused to want to take her daughter or tell her for that matter that she was going out of town with out her!
Yes let BF and I stop what we are doing to pick up after her slack! Let us have to get out of work early because SHE doesn't want to bother looking or paying for a babysitter!
I had to call MY father and ask him to stay the night at our home on Thursday so he can watch SD9! He doesn't mind but regardless that's not the point. He shouldn't have to watch SD9 its not his responsibility but BM's!
I cant stand women like BM. She should be ashamed of her self! Women like her should have NO RIGHT to bare children!
To top it off She has another daughter from her now marriage! Its not enough she cant take care of the first one but now she has a second one to ignore and treat like scum.

Agree! My BM is the same exact way! Too busy for SD14. SD was/is given everything from DH - always. Now that SD lives with us.......forget it; her BM is a worthless piece of........ and the worst part is SD treats me like crap and puts her BM on a pedalstool!!!

I hear ya! Same issues in our lives except that our BM has children to use as a meal ticket. Dont have to work and get every benefit under the sun when you're unmarried with five kids by four different guys!!!

Our BM is the same. She always has money for herself, but never for any activities for SD. She has new clothes and accessories for herself, but SD is in clothes that didn't fit LAST year. It's a joke. The only reason BM even wants SD at all is to take something away from DH, not because she really loves spending time with her daughter.

FoxyMama, I choked on my coffee when you said, "Cheap ass flip flops that break within a week or two!" That made me laugh, I think because I just am always shocked when I'm reminded that this stuff happens in other families too!! Does it make me feel better...or worse? I don't know.
Our BM: Tans 2x weekly, "works out" at the local gym, colors her hair monthly, gets pedicures every other week, shops constantly for her new baby, doesn't work...just quit b/c she wants to be a stay at home mom, eats dinner out DAILY at every place in town, buys the latest cell phone annually, buys the SSs the newest electronics and video games IMMEDIATELY upon release.
Meanwhile, the SSs: Wear ill-fitting, out of season clothes from Walmart with idiotic sayings on their Tshirts, (which is a good match with their lack of personal hygiene); have one pair of cheap tennis shoes at a time, used for everything from mowing the yard to funerals; occasionally are served the peanut butter sandwich option at school lunch, when their account balance goes negative for too long; cannot go to band camp because "there's no money"; and have not had a winter coat in two years.
Honestly...who gets a pedicure TWICE A MONTH? I don't even know if celebrities do that? This topic just kills me for some reason. And I've heard the other side, "Kids grow so fast, so why waste money on good clothes...blah blah..." That argument does not hold water here, b/c she is buying the two year old Tommy jeans and everything else she can find for him just to wear once and outgrow. CRAZY! Anyway, thanks for your post. At least I know someone else went through this too!
