BF hasn't seen his children sd5 and sd7 for 6 weeks now. The ex has hidden them at access time each time he was supposed to collect. Last night he managed to get sd7 on the phone and she told him that mommy told her that daddy was too sick to see them right now.

WTF?????

She hasn't let him see his kids since she tried to get her hands on gold coins he had given me for our child and the court tossed the case out. It's blackmail, if I turn over the coins she'll let him see his kids. He's trying to get her to court for breach but it will take a while.

To tell them that he isn't seeing them because he's too 'sick' is just despicable.

He told her that what mommy said was a lie and the phone immediately went dead so mommy was listening and monitoring.

That bitch. I just don't get how some women can care so little about their own children.

Are you guys documenting each time BM denies visitation? Have you tried going to pick the kids up with the CO on hand and calling the police?? Sometimes police don't like to get involved, but atleast their can be a report filed for your documentation.

She has been hiding the the kids at access time so we don't know where they are. We are in Ireland and the police will do NOTHING to help us. It's so backward here. Divorce has only been legal for a few years and you have to be separated for 5 years before you can even file for divorce, then it takes another 1-2 years before it's final. Motherhood is seen as something sacred and untouchable. You don't DARE criticize a mother, any mother, over here. The courts give the mother whatever she wants, no questions asked most of the time.

Having said that, it is starting to change but very, very slowly.

We are putting together a case on PAS (unheard of over here as of yet) and are hoping to get a court date within the next few weeks. If anyone has some good information on it that I can print out to give the judge - preferably from some impressive sounding organizations or people - please let me know. We may be the test case for this country on PAS.
