Bm taking taxes and more of my patience!!!!!!!!
So my husband has 2 ex wives. Yeah me!!!!!!!! Anyway he is and was severly behind in child support to ex #1. This in part because ex #2 did the books for the business that they had and never paid anything. So last year she took half of our taxes, I filed the injured spouse report, this year we really need it and asked her please not to take them, but she is. Then she lied about it. I always have my SD, I love her as if she were my own. Her mom however pawns her off all the time. I am so fed up with the whole situation. I only worked for part of the year so I am not sure if I will even get back anything if I file injured spouse again. He is a loving father and the bm is a money hungery out for herself bitch. It is causing some real problems in our marriage, help>>>>>>>>>>>

Are you blaming the wrong person. I thought the state was in charge of taking the tax return for no CS. I dont think BM makes those decisions.
No she had told us last year
No she had told us last year that she filled out a peice of paper, actually quite a few, to enforce anything and everything in order for her to get the money faster. Mind you we do pay arrearage every week and have been for three years, but she all of a sudden decided that she needed it now. The thing that gets me is that my SD never has the things she needs and the bm tells her it is because she never has any money. She makes more a month than my Dh, before she gets her cs. I don't know I know the money is hers but at the same token.....
In my situation it is the CS agency
BM doesn't have to do anything. She gets a letter and so do we about the taxes being intercepted. In my state anyway....
