What is it with family court? Parents are fighting over children, children are trying to align themselves against one parent and the only people that get anything out of the waiting game are the attorneys!

BM depositon lasted over 3 hours. The shark of an attorney got her a couple of lies....mainly medicaid fraud which even under oath called it anything but medicaid. How she gave 2 different incomes in bankruptcy and family court by a difference of $9k. She works for the government and every 3 months seems to be getting more money and still whines to everyone how she doesn't have any.

She admitted to telling the kids about her financial woes (she forgot to mention she still blames my DH for that) being late on her rent. Her mother owning both her vehicles and buying her a house. Kids being on medicaid since their divorce and not telling my DH about it until he found out on his own. Spending money she doesn't have on dinner when she can't pay her bills. She had to admit she had over 12 documented medical conditions (she loves former Pres Clinton for the FMLA she uses it religiously every year and a different doctor each year) She only told 3 when the attorney asked and then had to admit the rest. This is why she qualifies for state aid and also food stamps.

Needless to say the attorney told DH he had every answer he needed. The GAL wants them to meet to try negoiate before a trial. I think they all know she is done and when its all said and done. We will get CS of over 1k a month and attorneys fees....over $8k and counting...paid by her.
