The BM did drag out her pathetic attorney to try to keep the CS UP after cutting loose the daycare expenses. She did admit that OSS18 is out of the household.

Which brought up the subject: would Chef be willing to send OSS's portion of the CS directly to OSS. I thought trust fund, maybe but directly to pot smoking, part time smoothie making OSS? Of course Chef JUMPED at that and said YESSS! Without a thought to the possible repercussions, of course.

I did put it in his head just before he went that he SHOULD be requesting to claim SD on his taxes. But no, he's not going there (stupid). He used the excuse that new attorney said he set the precedent of GRAVY TRAIN and it would be difficult to overturn at this late date. That ship has sailed.

Chef did bring up their horrific grades. Not too much you can do about that. So of course the BM did not go down without a fight and both attorneys will be hashing it out. A later court date is set for February. HELL the extra CS should be RETROACTIVE to five years ago but the Magistrate who is BFF to the BM would never agree to that!
