O/T I adopted a kitten

From a shelter about 5 hours south east of where I live.  The kitten was originally found in Bowling Green Kentucky!!  She is a Bengal/Tortie mix.   She had the sniffles when I got her so I took her to the vet and they prescribed medicine.  She is EXTREMELY confident and not shy in the least!   My older cat ran for the hills when he saw her!  And, oddly enough, she's taken quite the shine to Chef.   Since SD PASed out I didn't have a mini-wife on my hands but now. . . LOL  j/k

When I met SO he told me he didn’t really like cats… Funny I have tons of pictures of him with my boy and I find him snuggled with my girl all the time.

I never grew up with pets other than a parakeet and a goldfish as we lived in apartments.   Found that I love dogs and cats equally.

Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww a kitty. Whats her name? She sounds beautiful.

Cats are so much fun. Glad she has a kitty friend.

We have dogs too but cats, it is that attitude I just cant enough of. We had kitties  years ago. Wont bring up skid animal 'accident'

Anyway

I would get two IF I knew for sure I could get them declawed. Not sure if they do that anymore.

I've been debating adopting a kitty!!! That's so sweet for you two!!!

DH said I can get one (duh, lol. I kept HIS dog without asking and got us a turtle without talking to him...) IF I can keep the doggos from hurting it. They were arounda  cat as puppies and left her alone and actually got along with her well, but I'm still a bit nervous. They're BIG dogs now. Last thing I want is a traumatized or hurt cat.
