Hi friends,
Well it's been a while since i posted. Lot's of things have accured. My youngest Got married in March, she is now a legal step mother to a 10 yr old daughter. The BM actually gave up custody and even gave that months CS back to the dad "Amazing". They're NOT asking the BM for anything(including cs), they would rather just have the child and no complications. I told my daughter I still think BM should pay something.
Even if they save that money for special things in the future.Trips abroad etc, The childs'college has already been pre-paid by the paternal grands.So that wouldn't be a problem.
Anyway back to the wedding, I arrived 5 weeks in advance for all the parties, shower etc. And to get my FL house in Order,( was also packing. Moving more items west) I hired a girl, Erin to help me. She was wonderful.(due to my back operation). And got my house open & ready for guests. Since I left in Dec. It needed to be cleaned etc. Plus I packed more items for the West..LOL
It seemed like time flew by & Everything went perfect. They all Flew in and we stayed at a resort /country club, and all the guests stayed in cottages & rooms for the weekend at the resort.
My daughter (youngest & last to marry)was a gorgeous bride, her dress was magnificient. The Bride, I always dreamed she would be. And her attendants were all beautiful, dressed in seafoam green gowns, it was a candle light wedding on the water, the matron of honor( middle daughter) wore a darker seafoam, and the 3 flower girls wore white like the bride. The reception was outstanding, the music was awesome, and food was to die for( Filet Mignon, Lobster, Salmon, and chicken plus,plus). The cake fondant (wasn't that good ) LOL . My daughter & New son in law left for Europe, two days after the wedding on a 12 day Honeymoon. And are now working on starting a family. Since their both in their 30's.
While on the Honeymoon, my daughter called LOLOL she said, "Mom, we haven't left the room yet (and they had been there 3 days & nights).
My DHB and his children attended. And everthing went well. His adult children(5) and mine(3) are only approx a year a part 28 now and oldest almost 39. They all get along great so far. I guess we've been lucky, we've had no problems with the childrens yet. They've been talking on facebook and a private room, plus phone, for about 6 months. And a few met when I had surgery, and a couple of my daughters came out west. Everything went well, as was expected, plus another 170 guests, friends, and more family were there. Everyone had a GRAND TIME!
DHB and I are doing awesome, and planning lots of things as we speak. Will fill you in sometimes soon.
Anyway that's my news. I hope everyone's doing well...Sus

P.S. I am doing 80-% better,I improved some , hopefully by end of July I will be 100% .Thanks everyone for your prayers.
