Following on from Saturday and BM's inability to read an e-mail and SS13 not being at his soccer match (www.steptalk.org/node/210144).

SS13 comes home tomorrow school yesterday so I ask "How did your match go?" meaning the other game he had which was on Sunday which I assume he went to as there were no texting dramatics on Sunday.SS says "Good" and proceeds to tell me how many goals he scored ect,then he says " You know Sootica my mum is SUCH a liar",I almost dropped my cup of tea so I say nonchalantly " Oh really?What makes you say that?" whilst thinking yes she is a massive liar and manipulator.SS proceeds to tell me how BM didn't take him to the soccer match on Sat because she had to work and she asked EVERYONE who was going if they could take him but they all said no (blatant lie as coach always takes any children who are unable to get transport to an away game) anyway at Sunday's game some of SS team mates are also from the Sat group and they all asked why he didn't come and how they heard coach ask the parents who were there if any of them knew if anyone else is bringing SS.Second lie BM went swimming on Sat after work and SS asked if he could come with,BM said no because SS friend Tom wasn't going to be there (BM was meeting up with Tom's mum at the pool).Fast forward to Monday morning at school and Tom asks SS why he wasn't at the pool on Sat as his mum had told BM he (Tom) would be there.I didn't know what to say so just said "oh dear" when SS said he couldn't believe how his mother is such a liar.Talk about from the mouth of babes!
