Ive posted a couple times before, I have 4 BKs and 3 SKs just need a place to tell my story.....BM got out of jail recently-(couple months ago I guess) she called DH and says " can I talk to the kids?" She hasnt seen her kids in almost 4 years or spoken to them, the youngest just turned 5 last week and doesn't even know she exists. She has no parental rights. Of course DH said no and that was it. She lives in another state and he has no idea if she's still using drugs so we would make sure to talk to someone down the road, to find out if this would be in the kids best interest. She has been convicted of neglecting and abusing them. Of course, she still sounds selfish as ever, just says can I talk to them like nothing ever happened. I have a feeling she will just go away again for a year or so then call again.(unless she is back on drugs or in jail) DH really just needs to change his phone number. Part of me wishes she could get her act together and actually help with the kids, as they do drive me crazy, but I would hate for them to have to deal with her BS again. Maybe she could actually pay for something for HER children!!! ( also she had a baby when she was in jail, so now they have a half sister they dont know about! her life is a mess and I guess we are lucky not to have to deal with her. I know most of the posters here have to deal with BMs all the time and its usually a bad interaction.

DH and I are going away for our anniversary next weekend, I'm glad, I've been really feeling stressed out with my Sks behavior. Just being able to write this down helps. Sorry this is a rambling mess :O
