Yep yuck said that when we were talking about her hurting her back and we took the boys for her. No big deal we had them for 5 days or so. She was nice and said thanks for helping. We talked about child support as dh lost his job but we were able to pay a few weeks.
Then yuck said her aunt told her she needed to sick cs on dh. She said they got into it big time over that. Said he is trying to get a job its not like he just stopped for no reason. Then said back in 2003 when I thought you were the scum of the earth I would have but now no.
When we got of the phone dh said yeah she thought that in 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and on til about 2011 or so. Lol

He should modify asap
He should modify asap otherwise it could get really tough, nice or not she could decide to screw him later if she wants. My exh lost his job never filed for modification, took him months (and me telling him he should be eligible) for him to go get unemployment and by then the state tacked on more for arrears. he's now making half what he was 2 years ago but paying at the same rate. I'm not going to tell him to modify but he could.
No we have a good standing
No we have a good standing with yuck right now and I don't want to rock that. Its not that big a deal. What he pays its bad for 3 kids. I can afford to pay it. Plus the new business we started will generate money soon and dh is going to get a part time job. Thanks though.
