Make sure that she knows dad loves her and that SM loves her but its okay for dad to love me also.

make house rules:
set bedtime
make her sleep in her room
no more drinking right b4 bed or pampers

discipline:
in force respect
set boundries
take something away
cancel fun activity
time out
spanking

Ive not talked these things over with the DH yet but we will be having out spouse meeting in about 2 hours. I will also have him put his thoughts in the plan also but I am only a step parent and with me not having any children of my own and not seeing him follow any plan with I wanted to know if this was a good outline start??

I wouldn't use the word "respect." DH might take that to mean they have to admire/look up to you. I'd say, "skids must treat stepparent with civility and obedience." I'd also tell skids they don't have to love or like you but they have to be polite and obedient to you.

Thank you so much for that tip. I think that that is a better way of describing the outcome I am looking for. and i really like the bible verse

Good words, Anon. I agree. Do not leave it open to interpretation and don't expect too much.
