SOD starting to lose her fastball

G'day fellow Stalkers,

Just a quick blurb on something I noticed recently.  SOD (Significant Other - Daughter) is one of the "beautiful people," and has been used to getting her ass kissed solely on the basis of her looks.  She is not particularly bright, she is uneducated, she works a low-wage job, buutttt....she was always pretty and skinny.

G'day fellow S'Talkers.

Like many of you, I have often felt resentful of skids who show no appreciation for all of the things we do for them (buying things, taxi service, helping with homework, listening to problems etc.).  Recently, I read something that gave me some perspective on this issue (I think it was on Reddit, but not 100% sure).

So, I've been out of town for work for several months.  SOS (Significant Other - Son) got dumped by his GF last week, who upgraded to a taller, better-looking guy.  As this was SOS's first relationship, he's understanably upset.  He had even talked about getting this girl pregnant to start a family.

About a year ago I posted on SOD (Significant Other - Daughter) being unhappy with her new apartment, because it wasn't up to her "standards."  Well, it's been a year and her lease is about up.  I am 99.5% sure that she will be changing apartments again (since she has never stayed anywhere more than a year), and rents have gone WAAAAYYYY up in our part of Utah.  My SO currently pays 100% of the current apartment costs, and even to stay in the same place would mean an increase of $150/month.  Since SOD is certainly going to want a bump up to a better apartment, that would mean SO's monthly e

Good day, fellow S'Talkers.  For those who have who have not read of my tragi-comic adventures in Step-World,  here is the cast of dysfunctional characters:

SO - Significant Other

SOD - Significant Other - Daughter

SOS - Significant Other - Son

POS - ex-husband of SO, and the sperm donor of SOD and SOS.  This is the "man" who happily unloads responsibility for his children on me (mostly financial in nature, but also all of the labor of helping them learn to be adults). 

SOD - GD - Significant Other - GrandDaughter

Question About "Bad Boys"

G'day fellow STalker, 

So I have been wresting with this one for a while.  What is it, exactly, that makes "bad boys" so irresistable?

As a bit of background, my current situation mostly revolves around SOD (Significant Other-Daughter"), the TPP ("Trailer Park Prince"), and SOD-GD (Significant Other - Daughter's GrandDaughter).  TPP is the biological father of SOD-GD.

For those who have been following, SOS (Significant Other - Son) relecutantly got a job at Target after sitting on his ass for 3 months after graduating high school.  He easily got a job, and displayed a surprising amount of enthsiasm for said job.
