Looks like the Incubator is back... for now...
FSS's BM called last week (after silence for almost 6 months) and wanted to see FSS. We agreed to letting him go over to his grandmother's house so they could spend some time together. Turns out they took him to the beach. That would be all well and good if the high wasn't 65, it was raining, he is sick AND they let him go in the freezing water!! He missed 2 days of school last week from this nasty cold that has high fevers with it, and they let him play in the freezing water and rain. Nice BM... Real Nice.
Then when she drops him off, she asks if we are still taking him to jui jitsu, I say "Yep, 3 times a week." She responds with "ok, great, we are going to come see him on Wednesday". :jawdrop: WHAT???? Hold on Lady! I take all 3 kids to class and FDH is never able to make it, he is working. I have to sit in a closed room with you and NOT claw your eyes you-- stupid B**ch!
Then walking out the door she says "and don't worry Bubsie (I hate that nickname by the way!!!), I am going to be at all your football games too!" :jawdrop:
How in the HELL does she think she can just pop back in like this and tell him these things. She is going to be going back to jail, more than likely, in 2 months! OH!!! and the stipulation of him going to see her in the first place was that she had to honestly tell him where she has been the last 6 months and why she never bothered to call. What did she tell him?? She was in the hospital, her back was hurt. :jawdrop: Good Lord, save me from this stupidity...

It may be time to revisit the CO and insist on supervised visitation. That way, she can't take him to the beach and let him swim when it is 65 outside.

She doesn't have any visitation at all. She signed over parental rights! We do insist on supervised when she does see him (VERY rarely), and this was supervised by the grandmother... It us just unbelievable.
