TGIF!!! What are your weekend plans?

Countdown 2-1/2 hours until I can leave my beige cell. Truelight, Spongebob and Starr are meeting me at BJ's tonight (the bar and grill, the other kind will come later). Afterwards, we will drive home and then hopefully, it will be near time for Spongebob and Starr's father to come pick them up. After that - get out some shot glasses, some bourbon, some loud techno music, turn up the heat, get naked and BAM!!!! Let the kid-free weekend begin!!

Tomorrow morning I'm getting my hair did. I've been coloring my own hair for a very long time. I'm naturally dirty blonde with lots of gray, but I went dark brown last summer and love it!! Also, I've not had my hair cut since last summer, so I'm going to keep the length but try to get a style that's good for curls.

Tomorrow night, we're going clubbing. It's been almost a year since we've really gone out and had some fun like that. I'm really feeling bloated and huge, so I've avoided the club scene. But I think after a few drinks, I won't care too much. Please, please don't let me get so drunk I want to get up on the bar and dance - fat chicks on the bar ain't a pretty sight, and they ain't whooping at you because you're hot. Help me to remember that puh-leez!! LOL!!!

Sunday I have to meet with my Asst. coach to choreograph the new dance, and I have a business meeting for our family business.

It's a kid weekend here! Looking forward to spending time with BS. But I would LOVE a date with DH... we haven't been out for months (except for NYE) it seems. I'm going a little stir crazy.

I haven't tried the pizza cookie, but it looks amazing!!! I'm going to try to be good and have a salad, but that menu is so vast and everything is so good, that a salad just doesn't seem fair.

I've been soooo good all week! I bought those frozen weight watchers meals, I've snacked on fruits and veggies. I cut down to one cup of coffee and then drank water the remainder of the day. I don't know if I've lost anything yet, but I'm definitely feeling a bit more confident. Today is the first day in a very long time that I have had absolutely no pain - NONE!! I even jogged up the stairs at work, which I can never do.

Great job sticking to the diet! My dietician said you should have at least 1 or 2 cheat meals a week... of course you can save the cheating for drinks instead of food! Alcohol is a diet killer though... stick to Vodka and water (or I prefer lo-carb Monster) for the lowest calorie drink so you don't negate all your hard work!

I'm most likely going to have to get up early with naughty disrespectful children (mine included) then begrudge any fun thing they get to do for the rest of the day. Sunday is my birthday....and I won't get to do anything because fiance "doesnt want to do the babysitter thing" I MAY be able to squeeze a few hours of babysitting with the other set of granparents, but it will be during the dayand I will have to hang out there for an hour just to get the kids dropped off, then fiance will want to race back an hour early to relieve them...and then we will have to stay another hour while he does some chore or another for his grandfather...

On second thought I will let him go and take all the kids with him and I will sit and sulk about getting another year older.

Our weekend is kid free, so

Our weekend is kid free, so DH wants to go skiing since we got snow on the mountains. I'm perfectly happy with that idea, eventhough I'm more of a sit-by-the-fire in the lodge type of girl. Last time I went skiing I ended up using my ass more than the ski's. After I lay face down in a pile of uprooted snow created by me spinning head over heels down the mountain, one guy whizzed by and said "hey lady, your ski's are way back there!" (Thanks asshole!). Alcohol and fire seem safer to me now.

MIL is suppose to come over for dinner Saturday, so finding an extravagant recipe to wow her is top priority. The usual gruel I make for the family is out of the question. If she was a horrible wench like my last MIL, I wouldn't care so much. Fortunately, she's a great lady (so far) and always makes us wonderful meals when we go visit her.

Sunday night will probably consist of DH marinating in an Epsom Salts bath, he's not as young as he thinks; and I think his skiing escapade will catch up with him by this point.

This is the weekend SS's go to Monster Truck w/ BM's BFF the Manimal ( think Van halen's panama song.. that is how I sing it to DH, drives him nuts, our 2 year old even does it heheh) so Saturday night it is just us & the little guy. I would love to have Nana babysit but she is putting in 60 hr work weeks & has medical issues. Just kid stuff all weekend for us. I might get to try out my new ice skates, so that could be fun..or dangerous.
