About 5 minutes after I signed off here last night, sd12 shows up at my front door. She had been over to her brothers house and wanted to stop by and pick up something she had left last weekend. Anyway, guess who she had with her? The ex-step-grandkid. ( i need to abbreviate that ) Cute kid and all, but still.

So my SO gets home from work about an hour later, and we talk about our days, etc and I just flat out asked what was up with his ex SD30 and her kids, blah blah blah. He said that he had already told her that what she had told her mom was bullshit (about him flirting with her or whatever...he said she had said some really messed up stuff) and that since she had just moved back home with BM, he's not going to be a free babysitter for her kids. He said he wasn't interested in being involved with BM and her kids, and that he was more interested in building a life with me and our kids. He also told me that the I worry too much, but that he's glad I said something and to not worry about anything. He'd rather have me mention something to him than let it bother me for weeks and then blow up.

Oh, and on another happy note, sd12 isn't coming to stay tonight, she's doing some church thing all weekend so I'll have a little peace and quiet when I go home
