Does anyone know the law on children and visitation. The oldest step child got caught skipping school and bringing a boy over...to her bedroom...enough said...so she calls up mommy deareast to come her before her dad and I get home.

Today is my birthday, and today I leave for a cruise...well was suppose to hours ago...but here I sit on the internet...duh whats wrong with me....... The his ex texts today that the bengals jersey we got his 10 year old is of a player that at one point got a DUI and she is not allowing her to wear it. The tennis shoes we bought her are too small all the clothes before school started...haven't seen since.......driving me freaking crazy...I work hard for my money.

Wow I am overwhelmed today. Me and my fiance are going on a cruise leaving tomorrow and am terrified of what is going to happen when Im gone. Im afraid the ex will send the sherrif or the cops after SC15 because we are gone. She is staying with my sister while we are gone but the ex is the mother.....does she have the right? They haven't seen eachother since christmas...cant force SC15 to see her mom. Every time she goes there the cops get called or the threat is made. Last time she took SC15 to the hospital and told them she tried to kill herself and made her get tested for drugs.

I joined this site for help with the EX. She put a restraining order on me and I have yet to even meet her. I have had one phone conversation with her that lasted about sixty seconds and have text her maybe three times. I have never said anything out of line or downgraded her to her children. I am in the process of fighting the restraining order but everything she does just keeps adding up on a daily basis. She is a huge liar, drama queen and uses her children to get at us. She denies visitation when it suits her and threatens cops whenever she doesnt get her way.
