ok if you have been following my blogs you know that bm took us to court to move skids outta state.
well we fought for almost a month with her in court some days we spent all day in court, finaly it was over she got to move but we got every other xmas vacation and every summer vacation and she had to do all transportation and if she was coming back into state she would contact us and let us have skids for some visitation then too. well late thur night we found out she was back in state visiting fam we tried calling all day fri and sat no answer so we left messages saying we know she's here so could we have the kids at some point n time, finaly on sun she answered (they were already leaving state to go back home)she goes ya we were their but it was only a short time so i didnt call you we didnt have much time there (it was a 3 day thing so why couldnt we have came and took them out for dinner or something plus we found out that skids were instructed to not call us while they were here) anyways here's the kicker she then says o by the way we are mmoving back in 2 wks circumstances have changed.. and i'd really like to not do the whole court thing again so couldnt we just write something up and get it notorized that would be just as binding as having a court document... aka we are broke we spent all our money on a lawyer to take you to court b4 so we could move now this is going to look very bad for me in court since i made a huge deal about moving and we only stayed gone a month and i wont have representaion to back me up. i was shocked we just spent all that time fighting her not to move and she is moving back after living there for just over a month are you kidding me?!?! :O :? so we will be going back to court again so all wish me luck to not go off the deep end!!!
