Getting attacked by a BM from hell
And it's not even my husband's crazy ex this time! lol.
I've been away from this site for a while because we have been dealing with our own BM problems but I had to come back to share another "BM from hell" story with you guys.
Up until today, I was friends with the most narcissistic BM I've ever met in my life. Actually, I stopped being a real friend some time ago but I didn't unfriend her on Facebook. Even as I type this, she is sending me nasty private messages, blocked me (boo-hoo), and is badmouthing me in her typical passive aggressive FB posts reserved for anyone who dares to question her narrative of her break up.
For the past few months I have witnessed her very publicly slander her ex all over social media. It's bad. The worst I've seen so far (but then again, I usually delete drama queens). It's so bad that I'm really sorry I took a stand and got blocked. The ex could really use screen shots of the bold faced lies the BM posts on a daily basis. I have watched her stories grow over time into a full blown narrative in which she is the victim of domestic violence (among other heinous accusations). It is complete and utter bullshit.
I thought my husband had it bad but his ex is just stupid. This BM is very intelligent and knows exactly what she is doing. This is calculated malice with the intent to cause irrevocable damage to her ex's professional and personal reputation.
Some of you are facebook friends of mine, you should go check out my latest post. Some of the BM's crew have revealed themselves. I'm more than happy to lose "friends" over this.

Well sounds like a good
Well sounds like a good thing... you guys aren't friends in real life and she is acting a fool on social media. She blocked you? Sounds like the trash took itself out.
Don't get involved in her childish antics. Whatever she says about you on FB either directly or passive aggressive- oh wells. She is the one that looks stupid acting like that on-line.
I swear, sometimes FB is
I swear, sometimes FB is straight up EVIL.
I know! I'm actually glad
I know!
I'm actually glad this happened. It weeds out the people who didn't need to be in my life anyway.
Back when I got divorced from my first husband, my lawyer warned me about how damning FB can be for people involved in legal battles. I really hope that judges are sick of it by now and rip people a new one if they engage in this sort of BS.
Thanks Zero. I usually try
Thanks Zero. I usually try to stay under the radar. I don't deliberately post things that are going to offend my FB friends. It's not like they are a diverse group of people anyway (just a bunch of liberals or people who don't mind seeing social justice and animal posts, lol). I'm pretty sure husband would lose his mind if I deleted my account. He really loves FB for some reason.
Ugh. Some comments on my post disappeared which means other people have unfriended me or blocked me or both. What is this childish nonsense? I'm in my forties for f&@$'s sake!
Well good...more people that
Well good...more people that you dont have to worry about
This BM has a blog too. One
This BM has a blog too. One that actually has a lot of followers. That's why this is so insidious. The two of them are well known locally. The shit she is saying could have professional consequences for her ex.
And thanks! I hate saying that someone else's misfortune makes me feel better about my lot, but really, things could be so much worse. It's been hard for me to say that lately but I'm getting better. We have a beautiful life together and letting BM consume my thoughts isn't something I want to spend my time on. I need reminders sometimes.
