Do you always find the toilet seat up?

So I just went into the bathroom once again to find the toilet seat up! I just thought of a great idea though...I'm going to take a permanent marker and write on the underside of the seat "PUT ME DOWN!". Anyone have this problem and if so how did you deal with it?

one bathroom is the designated "toliet seat up room". I just can't deal with all the urine pooling at the base of the toliet....yuck! I should put a sign that reads "watch your aim"

I hate it but I dunno...it's one of those "pick your battle" things for me I guess. There are too many other things that bother me too much more...I gotta let that one go. lol
