BF did it.. he finally proposed!! Smile We are set to be married on October 25th!!!! YAY!!

That is the best thing that ever happened to me, marrying my dh - I hope you are very happy together!!! It is so fun planning too!!!

We are very excited! Smile We also decided not to have the skids in the wedding, due to us not wanting any drama if at all avoidable. They are going to come for the ceremony and then having them takin back to BM's. I do have one issue, I really, really want my 2 yo old to be my flower girl, but I don't want to hurt anyone else's feelings because she would be the only one participating. Is there a way to do this without causing more problems?

Sweetie,
Take it from someone who is in the midst of her own wedding drama - do what you want and never apologize for it! If you want your daughter in the wedding - do it!! This is your wedding and you do not owe the skids anything. Chances are they don't want to be part of the ceremony anyway so why place yourself in a situation where they could potentially ruin your wedding.

I think I will include my daughter and go from there. We are both so nervous about them ruining something! It's so nerve racking! lol Ugh!

Trust me you are doing the right thing. My SD 15 is no longer in our wedding because of her refusal to apologize to me for something she did to me back in SEPT.

Her behavior has screwed me and DH out of over $700.00 - that included bridesmaid dress, plane ticket and gift.

I am so happy for you! Hopefully SS will behave appropriately during the ceremony. What about SD....is she still acting OK with it?

Thank you! I'm so excited!! Smile The proposal was amazing! I'm hoping SS will mind his manners and keep his behavior under control, but lately he's not been that great at all, so FH and I have our doubts. SD is still happy about it, she's just decided last night that she doesn't want to be in the ceremony, she just wants to watch. Which is TOTALLY fine with me! Wink
