DH and BM got into an argument on Sunday during DH's visitation with SD, age 12. DH sees SD on Sundays and visits with her in public due to many calls of social services and bm threatening him by email over sexually abuse for sd and BM's BD.

Well, this weekend BM gets a wild hair up her butt and tells dh that he is keeping SD ALL weekend. DH says no. BM demands to know why but wants to talk to him about it on Sunday when he picks up SD.

Things got heated a lot between BM and DH and it all happened in front of SD. DH took the email to BM where she threatened him about sexual abuse and she hopes that SD is safe with him. Neither one could keep their emotions under control and SD heard all of this. Of course, SD takes DH's side and pisses off BM.

BM says that she is now going to take him to court for supervised visits and for dh to be court ordered to go to counseling with SD.

Any ideas what a lawyer will tell her.

I have heard both sides of the argument. They both got pretty heated and they said things they have said before...it wasn't anything knew. A lot of things were said in front of the child by both parents that should not have been said. DH said that BM called social services and had him investigated for sexual abuse a few years back on SD and BM's BD, BM needed to stay out of his business and stop taking him to court, he lost his job because of it. BM saying she didn't call and the email was taking out of context and yes, she was afraid of SD going with him. It didn't really go in further than that just a repeat of the same ole crap.

Does anyone see this going to court for supervised visitation on just the above statements? I fully believe that both parents need parenting classes.

I think BM may try to convince her BD, age 19 now to try to say that DH sexually abused her but I believe if that happens dh will be going to jail and supervised visitations wouldn't really matter. BM accused dh of sexually abusing her daughter when she was around 16 years old. The case was unfounded at the time.

I am not sure what game bm is playing now. uggghhhh
