We went to court today to decide who SS3 stays with until mediation. The court said we would have primary and she would only have visitation, the same visitation that we had when she had primary.

The weird thing is that she submitted ANOTHER parenting plan just yesterday asking for us to only have every other weekend and Wednesdays... Yet at court today she didn't say a word or try to fight for more visitations...

If someone knows why she would spend the money to submit another parenting plan then before a judge not even ask for the parenting plan to be reviewed, I am all ears...

I am so confused by this woman. SO thinks that someone, probably her mother, is writing and submitting things for her since so far she hasn't really shown any interest in SS3 except the bare minimum.

Hopefully, through mediation we'll be done with this. But I'm not holding my breathe.

If we get primary though we are leaving the country!
