The trip sounds amazing! ETA i have been wanting to go to Europe, France in particular. I have watched the Tour de France and the countryside is beautiful!
Wow - what a trip! Sounds wonderful. It is great that it helped you really disconnect from your old relationship and get some clarity. I also love the idea of being single for a full year, everyone should do that after a big breakup.
So glad to see that you had a grand time, particularly since the experience provided a re-set to your feelings of loss over Mr. Unsuitable. You are very wise to put the kybosh on dating for a year; wish I’d done so after leaving the psychopath since the next few men that I got involved with were not much of an improvement. My ‘picker’ was still unreliable.
I loved Paris (who wouldn’t?), particularly the Louvre and the incredible food. I gained ten pounds that took me almost six months to lose, although it was worth the later starvation. Reading about your busyness is exhausting, girl! I couldn’t keep up with you on my best day.

Glad you have some things to keep you engaged and not experience too much post vacation blues!
