I've been here almost a week now. I didn't expect anything to happen on this visit as far as me meeting his ex wife and kids but she reached out to me. She invited me over for dinner so I could officially meet her and the kids. Part of me wanted to run and hide or felt like it's a trap but we are all adults here and it is just as awkward for her as it is me. On our way there we stopped by the store and after him telling me hee favorite drink I got her a small bottle of it as a peace offering.
