We finally got the court transcripts back from the last hearing. What was discussed in the side room didn't all get brought up in court when they tabled the hearing with the judge telling them to figure out the best parenting plan together. Winter break, although discussed privately was not brought up with the judge. Just Spring break and "part" of summer.

Hearing is still moving forward with the judge and our attorney tomorrow. Still not a peep from BM or BM's lawyer. SO sounded so broken. I just wish there was something I could do.

Our lawyer said that he is going to try and get the judge to nail down actual visitation dates and have them ordered. BM refused to co-parent. It is blatantly obvious. Maybe we will get a Christmas miracle and we will get a judge that actually thinks that a father is important in raising his child.
