My first reaction is WTF?!?! Then I have to wonder... is this a psycho ex wife, with made up stories whose been trying to deny access to the kid... there is A LOT missing to this story...

BM2... even moved in with him. When FDH tried to take custody of SD. BM told the judge she didn't know he was a child molester. Annnnd... the judge gave her a lecture about responsible dating, gave her 30 days to move out during which FDH was not given temporary custody.

He has unsupervised visitation of his own kid too.. so I'm not exactly surprised.
