BM is such a skank........

Last visitation weekend (1 - 3 August) when DH picked up SD at the meeting location..

SD mentions to DH that "Jeff" is going to buy her school clothes this year. AND that her mommi was mad cause they were supposed to do it instead of SD coming to visit DH.

So BM gets CS (alot of CS) is not paying daycare this summer and has "Jeff" buying the school clothes.

Not to mention we still paid the $800 child support for June and July when the child was with us.

Geez - I feel for this dude... She is probably telling him she gets no child support and is struggling.

Damn - i wish i had it like that when i was a single mom living on my own trying to make ends meet. It would have been a huge weight lifted off of my shoulders day in and day out.

Just a dang skank.... She is constantly telling DH how he does not do his part... and owes her more money because he got married and we have two incomes.

Money is part of the reason for her filing the court case against us. She and her lawyer put in the affidavit that she had not received a increase since 2004 - and DH was married and had access to more income.

********She doesn't have to love me or even like me - it doesn't change a dang thing..... So get over it and move on BM!************

In CA your income doesn't count

They even tried to get me to pay the health insurance for skids. Which I would have gladly done if they weren't PAS infected little beasts. DH's attorney said no way! We keep our finances seperate so BM can't get her grubby hands on the house or anything else.

It doesn't count in her state either (NC)

but it hasn't stopped her from asking. She asked with the case filed at child support enforcement and that was denied..... and now she has filed an affidavit and motion with the courts - we will see what happens in Sept.

That filing is all a part of the custody case she filed against us... So we will see.
