I have learned so much from all of you :)

My SD is only 2, her BM is a nasty crazy squirrel and SO and I aren't married yet, but this is what I have learned just from stalking everyone elses blogs, that pertain to me anyway Smile :

1. Plan your wedding on a day you have SD so the BM damage is minimal.
2. If SD is 10 years old and starts pooping herself to get attention, put her back in diapers.
3. Don't snap at BM no matter how badly I want to because nothing good could really come from it.
4. Relationship first, kids second.
5.Have a lawyer on retainer.
6. RECORD the SH** out of everything.
7. Stay classy.
8. Passive aggressive niceness to your enemies (BM) seems to drive them crazy.

So thank you ladies (and a couple gents)...I am still terrified of the next 16 years, constantly thinking what did I get myself into?
But i do know that no matter what I am going to do my best and keeping MYSELF and my RELATIONSHIP healthy and strong. Any other golden rules ya'll can think of lol feel free to comment below Biggrin Have a wonderful evening (hopefully)

16. A lot can be accomplished/forgiven when you utilize the duo of a bottle of wine/Victoria's Secret!

18) Never let BM intimidate you or boss you around. If you are nervous around her, try to pretend that nobody is there and let your love for your SO/DH shine through with lots of smiles and whispers.
