update - no signed contract, no skid24 moving in
Well I guess DH is going to have skid24 sign the contract so it all is clear the rules, expectations and consquences. I am still mad but at least it will be done.
DH is gone on business and arrives home today and Wednesday morning we are suppose to fly out together. Yesterday he texted me a few times, I replied with short answers but really did not feel like talking to him. This morning same thing. Then he texts "...are you excited to fly away with me tomorrow?" I could not even give him a BS answer. I texted back "If I could cancel I would. I dont feel much like going. But its too late for that." At that point he calls me because he wants to talk, and asks what is wrong, really, whats wrong? Super advoidness on his part, I'm sure he has a clue but is hoping that it is not anything to do with his behavior and his kid. So I laid it out to him and he is having him sign it before he moves in.
The part that has me still mad is it has to get to the point of me seeing red for something like this to get done. I am still not looking forward to going away and I still would cancel if I could.

Is this contract worded in
Is this contract worded in such a way that you have a legal leg to stand on when you have to kick him out?
Sure is, I have 15 years
Sure is, I have 15 years experience in real estate and contract law.
I don't blame you, I would be
I don't blame you, I would be mad, too. You shouldn't have to force him into respecting you and your boundaries. He should have been on board from the get go... but we know why he wasn't.
This is the hill to died for
Not only do you need a sign contract. But you need the part of what going to happen if it gets broken. This has to be in writing so no body can back out to Disney Dad
